David Johansson is a member of EY’s People Advisory Services practice, based in Sydney. He has 12 years of operational leadership experience working with large organisations across financial services and the airline industry. David brings developed skills in strategy and business planning, communications and engagement, business performance and transformation, organisational design, organisational change, communications and engagement.
David has recent experience in delivery of people and culture strategy, risk culture frameworks, supported development of performance frameworks, and successfully led an agenda on the shape and mobility of the future workforce. David has gained this experience working across functions, having collaborated with operations, product, digital & enterprise services, risk lines 1-3, strategy, finance, and corporate affairs to name a few. David completed post graduate studies in 2014, achieving a Master of Business Administration with the University of Southern Queensland.
He is passionate about the future of work, and shaping inclusive, high performing workplaces that ensure people operate at their full potential to deliver against organisational vision.
