David has been architecting, organizing and leading large scale brand & user-experience efforts, teams and processes for 26 years in multiple industries across three continents. He’s Sr Director Design Systems UX at Salesforce and in the past has been Creative Director at Nike.com; UX Manager at Microsoft; Vice President of UX at Ask.com and Creative Director at Groupon... and founder or early member of too many start-ups.
Through these efforts he has learned about the impact of good product experiences in people’s quality of life and loves putting into practice the benefits that this phenomenon brings to consumers' satisfaction, and ultimately, any enterprise's long-term brand equity. It is only by tying the storytelling behind a brand's promise to the final interaction model of its customer-facing experiences, that you get a consistent, believable, and sought-after narrative.
