David Gainsboro is currently a lead in Recruiting Analytics at Dropbox. In this role, his team is building a portfolio of dashboards which will increase predictability and accountability for Recruiting. Through a heavy investment in data literacy education across the entire People Team, David is also building a curriculum to encourage self-service analytics.
David also manages the integrations of recruiting technologies with Dropbox's HR Data Warehouse. Before joining the People Team, David worked to help scale the Enterprise Sales Team at Dropbox and Varonis. David graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Sociology.
