He's the Founder and Executive Director of Resilient Coders, an award-winning agency that sources and trains its talent from Boston's underserved communities. Before founding Resilient Coders, David led an exceptional team of designers and coders at PayPal's Boston office. David is passionate about running, comic books, typography, Mexican food, and coffee, in cardiac dosage.
