Danielle is a Service Design Lead at Fjord who employs a holistic approach to user experience considering every touchpoint of a product, crafting a vision and strategy that acts as the glue to tie the platforms, technologies, and products together. Her and her design teams partner with clients to co-create end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques. She guides design teams every step of the way making sure that they have the room to do their best work while ensuring the user experience does not lose touch with the future vision of the service.

Danielle has worked both client side and agency side focusing on ingraining a human centered process as part of company culture. She's worked with clients like The Computer History Museum, Wells Fargo, Microsoft, AirBnB, and Cisco.
