Trained and certified in the science of strength psychology, she is creating and delivering a TEDx talk to build, grow and create culture. At the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, Cranfield University, she guest lectures the military in leadership.
Working in an automotive retail business, Dani spent 5 years coaching prosperous performance. Developing leaders and teams, I lift productivity, performance and culture in an upbeat style. Outside of work, I enjoy stand-up comedy, family time and volunteering with a mental health trust.
