Dan is Head of Design at Up (up.com.au), a next-generation Australian digital bank delivering super powered banking. Up is a clever way to organise your money and simplify your life, giving you the freedom to do the things you love.

Starting his career as a contractor and resident at Melbourne's first co-working space, Inspire9, Dan went on to work for several early stage startups in Melbourne. This was followed by a move to Culture Amp, where he was one of the first product designers hired. Dan built Culture Amp’s

first website, completely reimagined their visual communication style and laid down the foundation for their product design discipline.

Dan has a great eye and a fantastic instinct for delightful user experiences. His in-depth understanding of the industry, coupled with years of practical experience (both freelancing and running his own web design agency), allow him to collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams at Up to create the best banking experience imaginable.
