Daniel Turner is the co-founder of TRAXyL and the inventor of a new method to distribute optical fiber called FiberTRAX®. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Computer Science. He has over 12 years’ experience working with the Federal Government as a project manager, technical lead, and systems engineer. His work involved telecommunications and fiber optic network installations. He has significant experience with fiber and completing many high-pressure technical projects. These efforts are invaluable towards the development of FiberTRAX®, their on-the-road fiber deployment technology. He founded TRAXyL to help solve the last mile communications problem. Daniel is passionate about solving this problem, improving the economy, opening up new opportunities, and ushering in a better, more connected world. Daniel envisions bringing affordable broadband access to everyone, and everything, using disruptive technologies. His inventiveness, expertise and deep understanding of the limitations and sensitivity of fiber technology will continue to drive development as the company ramps up FiberTRAX® deployment.
