Dan is an entrepreneur and startup consultant focused on B2B companies and digital media. He is a graduate of MIT Sloan, where he focused on entrepreneurship, media, and technology.
Prior to MIT Sloan, Dan was a consultant with Monitor Group where he advised companies and governments in growth strategy and new market entry. He co-founded Glassy Media, which brought to life a mobile app that reached #1 in its App Store category and was called "the Shazam of politics" during the 2012 U.S. campaign. He also co-founded Spokepoint, a B2B SaaS company that helped marketing and PR agencies manage their outreach to journalists. He most recently led business development and growth for Raizlabs, a premier mobile app agency in Boston and the Bay Area.
As an instructor, Dan takes no prior knowledge for granted and keeps his classes fun and engaging. Dan’s lived in Boston, Riyadh, Philadelphia, and San Francisco - but is originally from NY and maintains a healthy obsession with the New York Times.
