Dan Saltzman is the vice president of design at EffectiveUI, where he co-manages the design team and provides strategic guidance for key partners and peer support to senior-level stakeholders.
Dan has 15 years’ experience in the business of experience design, looking at ‘design’ as a mindset, not an activity. He has worked on projects for such clients as Quark, MySpace, Fuser, KCRW, HBO, Vancouver Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, Herff Jones, Aetna, Martha Stewart Weddings, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and TIAA-CREF. Prior to E ectiveUI, Dan was a user experience lead/manager at RoundArch; director of UX at Fuser; and principal UX designer at Quark.
Dan’s expertise and passion lies in helping individuals at all levels of organizations adopt a design mindset that allows them to take ownership of the products that we build together. He is adept at presenting concepts and ensuring that everyone in the room is heading in the same direction.
