Dan has spent his entire 20 year career in data, analytics and business intelligence as both a practitioner and leader. In 2018 he made the shift from higher education to healthcare and joined DispatchHealth as Vice President of Business Intelligence and Analytics. In his current role, he manages the company’s reporting platform and builds data products that drive efficiency and improve health outcomes. He strives to tell compelling stories using data and views a company’s data as one of its most critical assets. Dan holds an MS in statistics from Colorado State University and a BS in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He loves distance running, spending time exploring Colorado with his family, and is currently teaching his son how to code in Python.
