Dan is a licensed attorney and worked as a commercial litigator at Ropes & Gray and in consumer protection before entering the startup world with positions at an alternative agriculture startup and an alcohol delivery startup. At Legal Hero, Dan helps entrepreneurs build their businesses with the right legal backing, whether they are running small consulting shops, opening a restaurant, or running a venture-backed tech startup. Dan earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law and undergrad degrees at University of Massachusetts, Amherst. In his spare time, you can find Dan mixing cocktails and complaining about the heat (or the cold).
