Damian Mogavero has been love with the restaurant industry since his first job bussing tables as a teenager. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School, determined to bring all that he learned to the hospitality industry. In 1999 he founded Avero by bringing three techies together with a chef, sommelier and restaurant manager. Today, the company's software provides data and insights to more than ten thousand restaurants in seventy countries.
