Dahiana Duarte has worked for economic think tanks, as a product manager at digitally native startup Harry’s, and within innovation teams at State Street and Eastern Bank. As a core member of the Eastern Labs team, she focuses on transforming and maintaining Eastern’s image as an innovative institution that is becoming more technologically savvy every day. This includes finding ways to spark intrapraneurship / creativity around innovation from within to drive better products and services for their customers.
