Cynthia Nevels, is known as the "The Go-To-Lady" when it comes to business management and social innovation. She is an investor, mentor and thought leader who has helped public and private organizations overcome insurmountable management, marketing, technology, strategy and operational obstacles. For 15 years, Cynthia has served as Senior Principal Consultant and Managing Director of Integrality LLC, a global business management consulting firm serving clients in major markets around the globe. She's an expert in finance, marketing, social entrepreneurship, information technology and strategic planning. She is a senior project manager with experience in analyzing problems and helping clients find effective solutions.
She is an investor in ThatIsSmart.com an innovative smart technology installation company specializing in IoT systems and smart device configuration. Cynthia previously served as the Alumni Manager of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in Dallas. She supported and advised multi-million dollar enterprises across Texas. She owns and operates a vegan and vegetarian food truck called Soulgood in Dallas/Fort Worth which was recently featured on Harry Connick Jr.'s nationally syndicated television show, NBC 5 in Dallas, Dallas Morning News and voted Best Food Truck in Dallas by Dallas Observer in 2018. In 2019, Soulgood was accepted into Social Venture Partners Dallas' Residency program as a Fellow and Health Wildcatters' Texas Healthcare Challenge.
For over 15 years, Cynthia has become an integral part of helping clients meet their goals. Clients such as Capital One Bank, Palo Alto Software, Dallas County Community College District, Denton County Transportation Authority, LiftFund, RealPage, Wells Fargo, City of Austin, City of Dallas, Tarrant County College and Stella McCartney Enterprises.
Nevels recently joined Dallas Independent School Districts' Multicultural Studies and History Advisory Council (MSHA) and the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas’ team of innovative social innovation mentors for the GroundFloor Accelerator. She is currently a mentor for Texas Woman's University's Women in Business Center. She currently serves on the board of the Marcus Graham Project, Inc. In 2012, she was appointed to serve on Chicago’s Task Force for Social Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Enterprise.
