Crystal has over a decade of experience leading and managing projects designed to deliver data driven insight. By working in a range of business intelligence and data management roles, she has gained a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding related to analytics strategy and delivery. Crystal has been a leader of the Tableau partnership within Ironside, an enterprise data and analytics solution provider and system integrator, and specializes in the areas of self-service business intelligence, project management, data governance, data modeling, and location intelligence. Her article, ‘How Data Management and Governance Can Enable Successful Self Service BI’ was published in The Data Warehouse Institute’s Business Intelligence Journal in 2014.
Crystal has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Saginaw Valley State University and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Walsh College, both located in Michigan.
