By working in a range of business intelligence and data management roles, she has gained a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding related to analytics strategy and delivery. Crystal specializes in the areas of self-service business intelligence, project management, data governance, data modeling, data visualization, and location intelligence. Her article, ‘How Data Management and Governance Can Enable Successful Self Service BI’ was published in The Data Warehouse Institute’s Business Intelligence Journal in 2014.
