Craig is a technologist, data nerd, and recovering academic living in downtown Chicago. In his previous life, Craig was a researcher in theoretical astrophysics and high performance computing at the University of Chicago, but left academia for the fast-paced software startup world. In his day job at Narrative Science, Craig is responsible for the security and scalability of a large cloud infrastructure as the manager of the DevOps team. When he's not working, you can find Craig out running or hacking on various data projects and visualizations, most recently creating interactive MLB statistics at statsninja.io.
