Collin is a data science and analytics professional who specializes in countering fraud and abuse with state-of-the-art modeling, algorithmic, and analytical techniques. Currently at Google managing a team of YouTube abuse detection engineers and analysts, Collin previously worked as a fraud prevention manager and operations analyst for the U.S. Department of State in Beijing, China; Mumbai, India; and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
