At Software for Good, she works closely with the rest of the strategy team to help clients explore what to build and why, including by researching and testing solutions with potential users. In the past, she has worked as a marketing writer and social media specialist, and has written stories about artists in community for the nonprofit Springboard for the Arts. She has a degree in journalism and film studies from the University of Minnesota.
