Colleen has deep experience working with teams and on initiatives large and small for companies that range from large Fortune 100 financial services organizations to small technology start-ups. She started her career managing brokerage call centers, which gave her a solid grounding in customer experiences. Colleen brings a passion for customer service and innovation into every project she manages.
Colleen is excited about sharing her experiences and best practices with the Project Management community. She brings unique perspectives from having served as an Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master, along with extensive training in Design Thinking and Customer Journey Mapping. Of all the experiences in her career, she mostly enjoys coaching and mentoring other project managers.
In her free time, Colleen enjoys open water swimming in the cool waters around Bainbridge Island, hiking with her dog and skiing with her husband and extended family.
