Clodimir’s HR experience spans across multiple industries and countries in leadership development, training, performance management and change management.
His experiences include launching a social entrepreneurship project in Bolivia, developing the top 40 executives at Infosys in India, recording a documentary on public services in South Africa and building a leadership competency framework for the performance appraisal of Lazada’s management.
He currently works as Lead for Organizational Design and Change Management, as well as HR Business Partner for the consulting arm of KPMG Singapore. Two roles combining strategy and implementation across the employee lifecycle of KPMG’s consultants.
In his free time, he gives lectures at NUS and ESSEC universities in Singapore. He is an avid traveller, having visited over 50 countries. Big fan of the outdoors, he challenges himself with sports such as surfing, mountain biking, rockclimbing, (free)diving and dirtbiking.
He has a double MBA from NUS and HEC Paris, studying on 3 continents and in 4 universities, adding Tsinghua University and Melbourne Business School to the list. Additionally, he has a Master in Clinical Psychology and teaching degree from the Free University of Brussels. He also is an accredited NLP coach
