Claire moved from the UK to Sydney in 2015 to begin expanding our digital business in the NSW market. She is responsible for sourcing unique talent for Ecommerce and Digital positions within the Retail and Online organisations.
Claire’s recruitment career began in 2010 where she joined a digital recruitment agency in the UK. After 18 months, she moved to a start-up recruitment agency to set up their digital team. She has managed multi-million pound recruitment campaigns and digital transformation programs for UK, International and Global organisations such as: House of Fraser, The Home Retail group (Homebase & Argos), Debenhams, Ted Baker and French Connection.
Claire is passionate about everything digital, but particularly ecommerce and digital innovation. She loves to understand and learn about how emerging technologies are driving change.
