Cindy believes that design does not lie just in the hands of designers, but everyone. She works with multi-disciplinary teams to drive strategic design programs for global and regional businesses, elevating experiences for consumers through design, research, content and technology. Her experience spans various industries across Asia and International markets, including fintech, healthcare, telecommunications, media, retail, and public sector.
As a design educator and mentor, she has also taught at Singapore Polytechnic, General Assembly and conducted workshops for organisations on topics such as Design Thinking, Information Architecture and Lean UX.
