As Co-Founder of Just Digital People and having been in recruitment since late 2000, Ciaran has a wealth of knowledge in this area. He has worked for two large multinationals and a start-up business so understands the different skills required to succeed within both areas. Ciaran has also worked through both the ‘up and down’ turns in the economy and witnessed the impacts this has had on skills required within companies during these periods. Still exceptionally hands-on Ciaran works across both the technical and Senior Market, which includes General Management, Digital PMO and development roles.
