After a 30 year career in the financial markets Christopher joined Stemp International in February 2016 as an executive search consultant.

Prior to joining Stemp International, Christopher worked for a top ten mainland funds management company, China Universal Asset Management in Shanghai and Hong Kong helping to help develop the firm’s presence in the international marketplace. Prior to China Universal Christopher was Managing Director for Baring Asset Management in Australia, held senior sales roles for ING Investment Management in Asia and Australia as well as Neuberger Berman in Asia before moving to Beijing as China Chief Rep for ING Investment Management. for a period of more than 12 years. In that time he was a senior institutional sales director within the ING Group starting out with Baring Asset Management in Australia and then with ING Investment Management in Australia and Hong Kong.

Christopher has extensive experience in capital raising for investment funds including private equity and alternative assets across the Asia Pacific region. His 28 years of capital markets experience extends from broking and investment banking through to asset and wealth management in both Asia and Australasia. He was educated in England and is an alumnus of the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney where he obtained a Master of Arts (Funds Management).

Christopher is a keen adventurer and sportsman with interests in triathlon, trail running, adventure racing, canyoning, fly-fishing, travel and photography.
