Christie Grix is the Senior Director, Global Education and Talent Management at SpotX. She’s worked there for 8 years and has had various operations and education roles throughout her tenure. She began as a client operations coordinator. In 2014, she started the company education team supporting both internal and client education. This year, she’s building SpotX’s talent management team to further develop the SpotX employee experience. Before SpotX, she worked on the Global Brand Marketing team at AOL during their rebrand in 2010. Christie had her first child, Holly, in June of 2018.
