For the past three years, Christa has been leading technical talent acquisiton at tech startups in NYC. Currently, she is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kustomer, an omnichannel SaaS platform, reimagining customer service to deliver standout experiences. The majority of her role is focused on partnering closely with hiring managers to hire software engineers, product managers and product designers, as well as technical leadership roles. Ironically, Christa made a career change from the advertising world into talent acquisition when worked at General Assembly back in 2015. She started as a career coach, helping students transition their careers into tech, when she realized her passion for hiring and eventually moved to the internal talent acquisition team at GA.
