Chris Mantell’s background is veterinary medicine, conservation, and infectious disease epidemiology. I got interested in machine learning and Python while working in Boston Children’s Hospital with the HealthMap, a disease monitoring tool. That led me to GA’s Data Science Immersive program, which I completed in December of 2017 and am now ready for what lies beyond.
