His background in Psychology and 17 years of Usability and UX design experience have provided him an in-depth knowledge of how to best implement content and usable interfaces that meet real people’s needs and deliver value to organisations.
Chris has a record of improving the return on investment of digital assets through consulting across a range of industries and organisations including Kmart, ANZ, Coles, SEEK, flybuys, Telstra, State Revenue Office, Xero and many more.
He currently runs Nomat, a boutique human centred design and research consultancy and is co-founder of Omni Financial, a fintech tackling online home loans.
