Born & bred in Hong Kong, Chris B has been involved in the live music scene here since 1990 as a performer, songwriter, guitarist, singer and event organiser. She is the co-founder and boss of The Underground HK which has been running for 12 years and hosted over 200 shows in Hong Kong in that time. During those 12 years, Chris B also ran numerous band competitions and has sent six bands to Canada, two bands to Beijing, China and two bands to London, England. Apart from The Underground, Chris B also curates for various events & organisations including Classic Car Festival and Lan Kwai Fong Beer & Music Festival. Last year, Chris B launched the Hong Kong franchise of http://thepointofsale.hk/ which surpasses all other event ticketing management systems currently in HK. Chris B’s strongest belief is in creating a live music scene that is comparable to New York or London as is befitting for a "World City".'
