Chiranit Prateepasen is a user experience research and design leader, focused on exploring new business opportunities and discovering unmet needs through a human-centered design approach.

Her current role at Pegasystems has her obsessed with user behaviors and using data and technology to create engaging end-to-end experiences responsibly and ethically. For the past 23 years, she has worked on improving experiences in healthcare, retail, automotive, financial services, and telecom by considering every step that users take — designing services and digital experiences to meet their needs.

Chiranit holds a BFA in graphic design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College. Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Chiranit brings a rich mix of cultural influences and empathy to her work. She has taught and given lectures on topics such as Design Thinking, Service Design, User Experience Research and Design at Tufts University, Babson College, Lesley University, and Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
