Chela White-Ramsey has a passion for diversity, technology, and organizational growth and she uses it to help people do the best work of their lives. She proudly serves as an advocate for underrepresented groups – empowering them to develop professionally and personally – in her role as a professional development coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker. In addition to her independent work she works full-time managing a Training and Development function at Indeed.com, the world’s #1 job site.

Drawing on 11 years of experience, Chela has spent the bulk of her career training teams, individual contributors, and senior leadership teams on topics including Career Development, Crucial Conversations, Insights Discovery, and Diversity and Inclusion. Recently, she launched The Sister Circle - a group coaching series for high-achieving Black women who are navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, and limiting beliefs like perfectionism.

A first-generation college graduate, Chela earned her undergraduate degree and Masters degree from Louisiana State University and the University of West Florida, respectively. From there, she was awarded the prestigious Huel D. Perkins Fellowship and received her Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resource Leadership from Louisiana State University.

In her spare time she enjoys cooking long, elaborate meals; leading a book club (Book Baes) in her community; and hanging out with her husband Will and her small pup, Teena Marie in Austin, TX.
