As Head of Social Impact she oversees COOK’s purpose agenda, driving best practice on sustainability, inclusive recruitment and community engagement. She manages COOK’s role in B Corp movement of more than 2,000 companies committed to using business as a force for good. She also runs COOK’s growing Learning and Development agenda supporting the 900 people who work across COOK’s offices, kitchens and shops with opportunities to fulfil their potential, whether through skills based learning on the COOK Academies, ‘Free-Range’ team days on a farm in the Kent countryside, life coaching on the Dream Academy, or COOK’s approach to professional review- the Selfie.
