Charlotte is taking on a new role at Comic Relief as Director of Innovation and Digital. Previously Charlotte was Director of Learning at Made by Many. She is interested in Learning Organisations and the role they play in digital transformation, growing talent and happiness at work. Charlotte is responsible for delivering Made by Many’s Professional Development programme, learning initiatives and developing approaches that help clients adopt agile and lean innovation working practices.
