Charlotte "CB" Glasser is an LGBTQ entrepreneur, living bi-coastally between the East Coast and Los Angeles. Glasser recently appeared on Netflix’s popular new series, "Dating Around" Episode 6 - Mila. A proud co-producer of NYC’s largest and longest running LGBTQ party, Hot Rabbit, CB hung up her production hat to focus on hospitality while working as Director of Marketing for LA’s prestigious h.Wood Group and then Wynn Resort's newest 5-star Resort and Casino, Encore Boston Harbor. It was during her tenure at Encore that CB produced hightea, a multicultural afternoon tea dance, which was attended by over 2,500 guests, and partnered with Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce, benefiting AIDS Action Committee of Fenway Health. CB has appeared on NPR's "Moth Radio", taking first place telling her story of coming out, other shared moments included LGBTQ+ personal experiences as well. In 2019, CB was invited to present at Samsung 837 in NYC, where she discussed her journey with mental illness and shared openly the trials and tribulations she, herself has encountered. This year the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention interviewed Glasser during pride month and commissioned a blog post discussing relevant mental health issues and LGBTQ+ obstacles to be overcome. Charlotte continues to volunteer and accept opportunities from numerous nonprofits and for-profit organizations, focusing on LGBTQ+, politics, diversity, mental health and other important topics.
