Charlotte is currently supporting DocuSign’s Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) efforts as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion based in Seattle. She has been in diversity and inclusion focused roles for the past 5 years having led efforts at Alaska Airlines, SAP Concur and now at DocuSign. She has created several programs aimed at engaging men in diversity and inclusion efforts, has started and led several employee resource groups and is passionate about empowering individuals to act, lead and live with an inclusive mindset. She graduated from University of Washington and has held a variety of HR roles focused on Employee Experience, Leadership Training & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and of course Diversity & Inclusion. Charlotte’s role is to support DocuSign’s purpose-driven and inclusive culture – one where individuals are empowered to show up as their authentic selves, encouraged to give back to the communities where they live and work and enabled to do the work of their lives.
