Charlie Lewis started BlueWave in 2014 to help high growth companies that were VC/PE backed find resources to scale quickly. During that time he was lucky enough to do some angel investing and mentoring. Charlie learned a lot about growing and scaling companies over the years and being involved at any level gets him excited. What is work if you can’t find a way to get excited about it!?!
Since starting BlueWave, the company has launched BlueWave Investment Partners (an angel investment group) and a healthcare recruiting firm called HealthWave Recruiting.
Charlie supports the local tech community by organizing and sponsoring Project Orlando. The mission of Project Orlando is to connect, market and fund the growing tech community in Central Florida.
