Charlene is a Senior Recruiter for The Creative Group (TCG), staffing creative roles for a portfolio of small to midsize clients, including many ad agencies as well as corporate/enterprise accounts. Prior to her three years recruiting for TCG, she has five additional years’ experience in recruiting, primarily working on software and technical PM roles for a consulting subsidiary of the Munich-based giant Siemens, focused on their Microsoft account. She combines this with several years in Marketing for Siemens and has a B.A. from WSU in PR and Marketing.
