Charlaé Washington is a multi-faceted leader with 13 years of experience in marketing and branding, DEI strategy, program management, and talent engagement. She is the founder and CEO of Charlaé Washington Coaching & Consulting, and the North America Head of Partnerships for Google’s Talent and Outreach Programs. As a "serial corporate entrepreneur" and a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Charlaé has developed and scaled several programs and initiatives that have helped usher in a new era of representation and accountability in Google’s strategies for talent engagement, product marketing, and business development. Charlaé is a foodie, a proud Howard University grad, and a native of Detroit, MI.
