Charandeep is a global executive with over 15 years experience in partnering with enterprises assisting them with their specific business transformation challenges. He is currently the President of General Assembly Enterprise business division, a world leading global Education Technology organisation focusing on developing new talent by practitioner-taught training in Data, Technology & Marketing. Charandeep leads implementation of GA enterprise strategy including global sales, product development and delivery along with development of teams spread across the globe.

Prior to working with General Assembly, Charandeep served as Global Technology & Engineering Industry Lead and Global Head of IT Outsourcing for the Adecco Group, accountable to execute global strategy with a focus on digital transformation, international expansion, leading multiple large scale shared services centers in Europe and launching new operations in countries throughout Americas, Europe and APAC.

Charandeep also serves as an Advisor Board member of the Resolution Project not-for-profit) and supports multiple startups that have a focus on developing AI based workforce solutions. Charandeep is originally from Australia and is now residing in New York where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
