As the CEO of Ninja Logistics Pte Ltd, Chang Wen has co-founded and built South East Asia's fastest growing logistics solutions company, Ninja Van.
Prior to Ninja Van, Chang Wen founded a men's apparel e-commerce business, and the experience offered him insight into Southeast Asia's logistics industry. He noticed major inefficiencies in the existing traditional logistics service offering, which was inhibiting e-commerce businesses from fulfilling their delivery promises. It was based on this premise that Chang Wen decided to start Ninja Van.
Chang Wen founded Ninja Logistics in 2014, with a vision to provide e-commerce businesses with technology-based solutions to solve their delivery needs. Ninja Van now delivers over 10,000 parcels a day for 2,000 clients, and have amassed a fleet of more than 130 vehicles.
Chang Wen graduated with a Bachelor in Finance from Singapore Management University.
