    Celine Le Cotonnec is Chief Data Innovation Officer for Bank of Singapore, the private bank of OCBC Group, leading the activities of data strategy and innovation Center of Excellence.

    She was previously heading data and innovation team within AXA Insurance Singapore, leading the teams on data analytics, management, architecture and BI as well as running data science projects & setting up partnerships with startups, fintech, and other data companies.

    Prior to AXA, Celine was Head of Connected Services, Digital and Mobility for PSA Peugeot Citroen Asian Direction in Shanghai where her mission was to define innovative User experience while developing new business models on connected cars data.

    Celine spent the past 17 years in Asia working in the field of data and innovation. In 2008, she founded Shanghai Young Bakers, an innovative charity program which provides a one-year fully sponsored training to underprivileged Chinese youths.

    She graduated from an International Business Master Degree from EM Lyon business School/Sun Yat sen University in Guangzhou as well as an Executive MBA of the European Institute of Purchasing Management.
