Celeste Thompson is the Founder/Chief People Officer of Tribe HR, a Human Resources Consulting and Coaching organization. Celeste is a 20-year Human Resources professional who partners with CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs to find best practices and effective ways to implement policies and procedures; operational, and culture identification + implementation.

Celeste began her career in Human Resources working for the luxury golf resort Turnberry Isle and other luxury brands in Miami after college. Her journey brought her back home to New York where she worked her way up through the HR ranks. She was part of the team that built Google's New York office in 2003. Having spent the bulk of her career at EILEEN FISHER, where she was an integral part of the EILEEN FISHER HR team building and supporting an organization that grew by 3X in over 10 years. It was there she became inspired by the culture of respect and kindness. She started TRIBE to help businesses not only implement best practices and policies but, also to teach and share how to nurture good talent and create a culture of kindness, inclusivity, and respect. Her sweet spot is small to medium-sized businesses without an HR infrastructure.

Celeste holds a BA from St Thomas University in Miami, a Diversity and Inclusion certification from Cornell University, and a myriad of other certifications including organizational development and change management. She sits on many boards including SHARE and is a founding board member of SEEDs, an organization which nurtures young women.

Celeste is a South Orange, NJ resident and the mom of a college senior. A self-admitted workaholic, when she is not helping others live their best life, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exotic travel, listening to live music and practicing mindfulness.
