Cecilia (they/them) is a curious, empathetic, and passionate advocate for design as a transformative tool. They are putting these values into practice as the founder and Creative Director of Studio Lutalica, a design studio that focuses on Feminist & LGBTQ+ projects and supports businesses to create safer workplaces for women and LGBTQ+ people.
Following the successful launch of feminist magazine Vagina-nomics in their final year of undergraduate study, they were inspired to continue their Academic research in gender and sexuality. They are now completing the MA course in Gender, Media and Culture at Goldsmiths, University of London.
Their past experience in Design and Project Management includes luxury jewellery brand The Alkemistry and web development agency Lattimore and Friends. Cecilia has also contributed their design and project coordination skills by volunteering for several LGBTQ+ charities, including Pride in London.
