After graduating from a business school, with a specialisation in strategy and innovation, I joined a French telco company and spent 2 years exploring the possibilities of the Smart Home, and testing innovative digital services. My experience of implementing agile methodologies gave me then the opportunity to prepare the launch and the optimization of a 100% digital broadband offer, and its online customer journey.
Since then, I have focused on e-commerce. I have been in charge of several couponing websites throughout APAC. And for a year now, I have been e-commerce manager worldwide of Ramblin’ Brands, in charge of its brand’s e-shop: www.smilemakerscolection.com.
