    Cat Ward is a managing director at JFFLabs. In her role, she mobilizes business leaders to develop talent management practices that lead to equitable economic advancement for employees. She founded and leads the team driving JFF’s Impact Employer Model, Corporate Action Platform, and Corporate Solutions practice. Cat has worked across the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. Before joining JFF, she was head of Taproot Foundation’s corporate advisory practice, leading a national team that worked with the world’s leading companies to envision and implement strategies that drive social impact and develop talent at scale. Before Taproot, she worked at the New York City Department of Small Business Services, leading numerous efforts to create new jobs and help New Yorkers find good jobs with growth potential.
