Cat Hayes is Huddle’s Practice Designer. Cat is responsible for enabling the Huddle team to keep pushing the boundaries of the Huddle design practice. This means our teams and people we work with are empowered and equipped to be at their best while working with complex problems—no matter where they are in the world, at any given time.
Cat has extensive experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, working with and leading teams to solve wicked problems. Her experience ranges from enterprise-scale, global projects to small, local and impactful projects. Her experience has led her to help establish the Huddle European practice in Amsterdam.
Cat has a bachelor degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rhodes University in South Africa, a Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design from RMIT and graduated top of her class in her Masters in Communication Design at Swinburne University. Cat currently sits on the Curriculum board of Design at
Swinburne University.
