Cat is a UX writer and researcher at AP Intego, a small business insurance agency in Waltham, MA. She came to UX design by way of years spent training to be an anthropologist, and nights spent waiting tables to support her academic habit. She finds that the unusual combination of skills she honed in anthropology and the restaurant world are among her most important assets in her UX career.
