Cassie Richardson

Cassie is the Director, Security Product/Program Management for EA Security, and runs their newly created central PMO. With over 12 years of experience in project, product, and program management, she has worked on a variety of initiatives including localization efforts, the launch of the new website and mobile apps, back-end payment systems, large-scale identity and access management platforms, and organizational transformation efforts. Cassie’s current role combines her work within EA’s IT organization running Enterprise Security products along with new responsibilities such as anti-cheat, gameplay integrity, online security and automation, account integrity, and player security.

With a background in film and TV production, Cassie is passionate for developing products that align at the intersection of entertainment and technology. A global board member for The Black EA Team (BEAT!), EA’s Black employee resource group, she is dedicated to protecting and advancing the careers of underrepresented talent. Cassie volunteers her time speaking at local organizations, serving as a moderator and panelist for EA’s recruitment events, and mentoring underrepresented in EA and throughout the Orlando community.
