As Co-President of Production at MGM, Cassidy Lange is responsible for growing the studio’s film slate and leveraging its storied library to expand MGM’s franchises and existing IP, as well as developing high-profile original productions.

Cassidy joined MGM in 2011 as SVP of Development and Production, and during her tenure, she has shepherded films including the new Addams Family animated-comedy, which became a box-office hit upon release and has already secured a sequel set; The Hustle action-comedy starring Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson; Me Before You; the action thriller Tomb Raider starring Academy Award winner Alicia Vikander; Overboard starring Anna Faris, Eugenio Derbez and Eva Longoria; and the family-action adventure Max, starring Academy Award nominee Thomas Haden Church.

Cassidy is currently in development on the 25th installment of the iconic James Bond franchise, No Time To Die, starring Daniel Craig, as well as the third chapter of the Legally Blonde franchise with Academy Award winner Reese Witherspoon.

Cassidy has previously held positions at Fox Atomic and Spyglass Entertainment where she co-produced and oversaw Sony Pictures’ romantic drama, The Vow, starring Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams.
